I posted this exact thing on image-line as well but due to the time zone differences and the lack of site admins I only get 1 reply every 24 hours and its insanely frustrating Also I say it crashes 99% of the time as very rarely it will work but then crashes less than a minute later. I haven't tried to run in 32 bit mode, but I don't want to as I would lose alot of valuable plugins I want to use. I've tried resetting fl studio settings, running as an admin, and running in compatibility mode. I haven't changed any settings or anything. The only difference now is that rather than crashing with an error message the program just opens and then closes instantly. I thought this had fixed the problem as it began working again, but now a couple days later i'm having the same problem. I thought maybe some of the files had been corrupted in the process of the file transfers as I did it using a flash drive, so I did a fresh reinstall of everything, I even deleted my saved beats. I tried resetting the flstudio settings but this had no effect. But then a couple days later it started crashing on launch with an error message just letting me know the program had crashed. I had fl studio installed and working on my PC for a few days, then I bought an ASUS VivoBook Flip 15 laptop and properly transferred all my files and registry key, inititally it was working fine.
